Police officers who shut down a car meet at a Livingston retail park that attracted over 200 motorists have warned petrol heads to steer clear.
“Officers carried out foot patrols in the area and also stopped and checked multiple vehicles engaging positively with drivers to make them aware of the concern raised by local residents and to minimise anti-social behaviour.”
