Cops are hunting for a dangerous sex offender with a 'Scottish accent' in Somerset who vanished after a woman's body was found at his flat.
He was last seen in Minehead, Somerset on October 16 but could now be anywhere in the UK. Police say he speaks with a Scottish accent, may go by the name Richard Dunlop and could be using a distinctive electric bike, reports Somerset Live. “Officers attended Scatchard’s address on 15 October and returned the following afternoon to speak to him about the death but he had disappeared. We initially treated Scatchard as a high-risk missing person due to concerns he presented an immediate and serious risk of harm to himself.
