Cops were called to the M62 on Wednesday, March 6 to help a car stop carefully.
Following the incident, the force confirmed a 31-year-old man had been arrested on suspicion of dangerous driving and causing a public nuisance.
Officers from Merseyside Police and Greater Manchester Police needed to use specialist tactics to ram the Jaguar I-PACE and block it between a number of police vehicles, to eventually bring the car to a stop. Pictures from the scene show the black vehicle wedged in between two Matrix vehicles from Merseyside Police.
