A cooking enthusiast has shared a recipe for a malt loaf that is made using a simple and cheap ingredient.
The woman, who goes by @amysheppardfood on TikTok, shared the recipe for this malt loaf that she said is "a cross between brownies and chocolate muffins".
The chef said in the video: "I am going to show you something that is going to blow your mind. You can make an amazing chocolate cake using Weetos and a mug of hot chocolate. "So I swapped the bran flakes for Weetos, I swapped the raisins for some chopped up pieces of dark chocolate and I swapped the tea for a mug of hot chocolate."You don't have to use Weetos in this, you can make it a bit cheaper by using any supermarket brand chocolate hoops. I think this is the perfect lazy weekend bake."
