Blueoak Estates has announced the start date for the construction of 32 luxury and sustainable apartments on the site of the former West Kirby fire station. The development aims to address the housing shortage in the area and provide quality homes for a diverse range of residents.

Work is set to begin on the construction of 32 apartments on the site of the former West Kirby fire station.
