A Conservative MP has suspended a member of his staff after footage emerged of him dressed as Jimmy Savile and simulating a sex act on an inflatable doll at a Halloween party. The staff member has been suspended from his role as a senior parliamentary assistant and an investigation is underway.
A CONSERVATIVE MP has suspended a member of his staff after footage appeared to show him dressed up as Jimmy Savile and simulating a sex act on an inflatable doll at a Halloween party, The National can reveal.
The footage, sent to us by a concerned constituent, appears to show Sydenham in Savile’s trademark brightly coloured shell suit and tinted glasses holding aloft a blow-up sex doll. In a statement, Holmes said: “I have suspended the individual concerned whilst an investigation takes place. I in no way condone or tolerate the actions of the individual.”One between 1975 and 1994, which saw children write in with their “wishes” – including meeting celebrities, which the presenter would grant.
