The call has the backing of “ghost estate” campaigner Kerry Macintosh.
Calls for a national compensation fund to help UK homeowners affected a dangerous form of concrete have been backed by a West Lothian campaigner.
A petition set up by the family has so far attracted over 600 signatures and a protest march was planned. Kerry told the Local Democracy Reporting service: “Aberdeen home-owners contacted me to post their petition.“I’m happy to back all home-owners in their campaign. This petition serves all home-owners.”
Ms Bardell asked the PM: “Would the Prime Minister ask his ministers to meet with me to discuss how his government can fund local authorities and devolved governments, that didn’t even exist when these houses were built and give the support that was promised. We need action now.”
