The school, which reopened in a brand new building in 2021, is rated ‘good’ by Ofsted, and includes a Sixth Form, offering education from 11 to 18.There has been a school on this site since the 1800s. The original Benton Park School was built in the grounds of old Benton Park house. The school was established by Joseph Riley in 1838 and by 1851 he had 33 boys in residence.
