Columbus police are expected to provide an update Wednesday on the search for a 25-year-old woman who was reported missing Saturday.
Amina Alhaj-Omar, 25, was last seen around 4 p.m. Saturday in the area of South High Street and Interstate 270. Police have said they believe Alhaj-Omar may have two kitchen knives with her and should not be approached. Police are actively searching the grounds of a contracting company on the 4700 block of South High Street related to her. Canines and a drone are being used.No additional details were immediately available.
