In the singer's latest 'Col's Corners' clips, she talks about the benefits of facing your fears
Whether it's sat on the panel of ITV's Loose Women, or in her regular Instagram feature 'Col's Corner', the Blackpool star loves dishing out a bit of sage advice.
"I want... what's the saying? Feel the fear and do it anyway because, you know, I am at an age now where you think 'stop being silly, retire'. But I don't want to because I know if I don't do this, and whether you lot come or not, I mean, I would love you all to be there. I need to do this before I can't do it. I kind of feel alive.
Col's Corner kicked off back in June 2022. Since then, regular updates have been posted. Sitting, quite literally, in a corner of her home, Coleen discusses a range of topics like menopause, saying no more, going on solo trips and showing fans her sweet four legged friends. She added: "I just hope it helps to know that you can talk about it- I mean just don't talk about it to me because I'm irritable, I'm sweating, I'm very very moody and I'll probably forget the conversation once it's over anyway."
