CNN prime-time anchor Chris Cuomo has tested positive for the coronavirus

Cuomo, who has been CNN’s top-rated prime time host, has also been a fixture of the network’s coronavirus coverage—including his regular live interviews with his brother. The exchanges, which have included brotherly jokes about which of them is their mother’s favorite son, have made for engaging—and, with Governor Cuomo’s high-profile role in the war states are waging against the spread of coronavirus—highly informative discussions.
Governor Cuomo noted that he had a conversation with his brother about that visit by their mother, saying, “That is a mistake ... you can’t have Mom at the house” for fear of exposing a higher-risk member of the family to the virus.said the virus “scares me as a parent—I’m worried for my kids.” Now, he’s isolated in his basement and says the fear of being the one to potentially spread COVID-19 to his own children “would make me feel worse than this illness.
