A cleaning expert has shared a 'miracle' way to get rid of green stuff on your patio and porch roof for cheap. It's nearly spring, so it's the perfect time to make your outside space look nice. But green moss and algae can grow on your garden fence and on your home in the winter.
They tried bleach and a pressure washer but thought about getting a new roof when they got a really high price to change it, reports the Express US. They said: "Just received a quote of £1,650 to replace just the roof as it's so old and grubby. Last summer we jet-washed it, which didn't really make much difference! ".
One person on Facebook said: "You'd need a lot of it but The Pink Stuff Paste." Instead of manually scrubbing away with paste, one Facebook user recommended using a pressure washer for an even cleaner finish. Just do what the tub says: mix up The Pink Stuff, put a thin layer on your patio, and scrub hard with a stiff brush. When you press down as you scrub, the dirt comes off easily.
