A train station cleaner sacked for leering at a female passenger saying, ‘look at those t*ts’ insisted he couldn’t have done it...because he’s ‘a leg man’.
He was subsequently sacked, before appealing the decision claiming he ‘could not have made the comments’ because he was actually gay, the tribunal heard.
