Watch the sun rise over Glasgow with these early morning yoga sessions
Encouraging visitors to indulge in some extra self-care as the seasons change, Yotel Glasgow will host the early-morning sessions at its rooftop venue VEGA.Leading the way will be yoga guru Jess Mackenzie who encourages people of all abilities to get involved with some Vinyasa practice.
She said: “I can’t wait to begin our series of sunrise yoga and journalling sessions at VEGA this autumn.and happiness through movement, mindfulness and special gratitude journalling prompts.""Growth happens when we try something new, so if you've never tried yoga or journalling, this is the perfect opportunity to put yourself first.”The one-hour YO-ga sessions will take place every Tuesday at 7.30am from September 20 until October 11.
