Christine Mcguinness spoke tonight on The One Show about what she got out of going on a Pilgrimage Religious Trek. He said: 'But for me, it was really taken over my mind, And while I was on pilgrimage, I learned to just live in the moment'.
Christine McGuinness has revealed she's planned her first solo getaway since her split from ex-husband Paddy.
She added: 'It's a retreat, and I was invited to go on my own. I think everyone there is pretty much on their own. And I just thought, there's nothing in the diary. Patrick's here, and it's only for a couple of days. Speaking to The Mirror Christine spoke about leaving her children as she admitted: 'It was lovely knowing that I was only an hour away and that was one of the reasons that helped me say yes to it because I knew that at any minute if I needed to go back I could.
