“Max certainly found a balance he’s pretty happy with, I think Checo is getting closer and closer to that now, so lots to look at this evening. Horner said the budget cap had played its part in the delay to switching Perez’s floor, although he made it clear this is not putting the Mexican racer at a performance disadvantage.
