Coldplay 's lead singer Chris Martin and Hollywood actress Dakota Johnson have reportedly ended their relationship after 'drifting apart'. The duo, who had been an item for six years, have chosen to go their separate ways, according to a source speaking to MailOnline.
The source further explained that the couple's hectic schedules and personal obligations made it challenging for them to keep their relationship going. "They wanted it to work but it just hasn't, and they've now accepted it is best to move on." Earlier this year, a source claimed to PEOPLE that the couple "got engaged years ago but were in no rush to get married."
She stated: "I love those kids like my life depends on it. With all my heart. How do I feel about motherhood? I'm so open to that. I've gotten to this place where I really want to experience everything life has to offer. And especially being a woman, I'm like: 'What a magical f*****g thing to do. What a crazy, magical, wild experience."
