Registered sex offender John Thomas Collins, 57, also wanted to travel from California to Texas to engage in sexual activities with a minor, according to investigators. He was arrested by the U.S. Marshal Service in California.Conley, 28, is from Tennessee. He was picked up by the FBI and now faces federal charges.Kenneth Kee Foxx was picked up Indiana, also for transmitting child pornography through a social media site. He is not a registered sex offender.
