EL PASO, Texas —visited El Paso, Texas, on Wednesday to get a better look at the migrant situation and urged Texas to limit the number of migrants being bused to the Windy City.
The group of Chicago aldermen and aides to Chicago Mayor Brandon Johnson made a stop at the county of El Paso's Migrant Support Services Center and the Annunciation House. "I hope and pray that we will see limited buses to Chicago. Understanding that we are here to share what we're seeing on the ground in Chicago," alderman Lamont Robinson said.
