A police force has referred itself to a watchdog after an 83-year-old woman died during flooding.Derbyshire Police said her death was still being investigated.
The force said it referred itself to the Independent Office for Police Conduct on Monday as officers had been part of the local emergency service flood response. It said: "The referral is mandatory due to officers being involved with the evacuation of homes in the area on Friday evening.
