Geordie Shore star Charlotte Crosby opens up about series two of her BBC Three show, her future family plans, life with baby Alba and her partner Jake and why she no longer parties
Charlotte Crosby is welcoming cameras into her home once again for series two of BBC Three’s Charlotte in Sunderland and this time, there’s a brand new star of the show - baby Alba!
“Everything that everyone said has been wrong in our case. People said, ‘Get your sleep now because you’ll never sleep again!’ But we sleep more now than we ever have in our lives. Alba started sleeping through the night at 12 weeks old and doesn’t wake up through the night. We have the most beautiful life.”
But for now, she’s excited for the world to watch her, Alba and Jake - who took to fatherhood like “a duck to water”. “I’d love to be engaged and have quite a long engagement,” she reveals. “I really want to have a second baby before I get married so if Jake proposes tomorrow, I’d love to have another baby next year and then a year after that to get in the best possible physique ever - healthy and wedding ready. So I wouldn’t get married until 2026.”
Although she says she took for granted all the spare time she had as a child-free woman. “I would get out of the shower and just lie on the bed. I wouldn’t even be thinking about anything, I would just be in total relaxation,” she laughs. “I could lie there and get lost in the towel for a good hour.”
