Tristan Bryce Sweigart, 23, of Liverpool, who entered the plea Monday in Snyder County court, is facing lifetime registration under Megan’s Law. By pleading no contest Sweigart did not admit any wrongdoing. But for sentencing purposes, the plea is considered the same as a guilty plea.
