The Hoops play host to the La Liga giants knowing they must win to keep their Champions League hopes alive as they look to get off the mark at Europe's top table after defeats to Feyenoord and Lazio.
Celtic are back in Champions League action this midweek as they play Atletico Madrid on matchday three.
It's a huge task at hand for the Scottish champions with Diego Simeone's men regulars in the latter stages of the tournament. They've hit good form in La Liga so far this season with just one defeat from nine games and go into this meeting off the back of a 3-0 win over former Hoops defender Carl Starfelt and his Celta Vigo side.
