Celtic's European dream is all but over after a crushing 6-0 loss to Atletico Madrid on Tuesday evening.
Celtic's Champions League nightmare continued at the hands of Atletico Madrid after they were soundly beaten 6-0 at the Wanda Metropolitano - with Daizen Maeda's red card being the main talking point.

Cameron Carter-Vickers - 6 Tried and tried against the onslaught of Atletico's relentless attack and for the most part did extremely well under the cosh. Was always going to concede plenty with Atletico having a man up and Celtic having 0.01xG. Callum McGregor - 5 Poor, poor header straight to Griezmann for the opener. Can't give him that much space so early on into a clash you needed to grab a point from at the least. Didn't lead by example on a night where the leaders in the group needed to stand up and be counted. Subbed.
Daizen Maeda - 4 Worked tirelessly and it was a night where the majority of Celtic's luck came down the right-hand side. Almost won a penalty with a quarter of an hour on the clock but nothing doing. Then came the red card that probably shouldn't have been and all of Celtic's threat was gone.
