Detectives have launched an investigation
Around an hour later, a Skoda parked on Craigpark Street was also set alight.Officers are looking for the driver of a dark-coloured Audi who was seen near both streets around the time of the fires.Detective Constable Jack Muir said: “Luckily no one was injured during these incidents, however the consequences could have been very serious.
“We believe that these two incidents may be linked, and we are continuing our enquiries to establish the circumstances surrounding them. “We are working to identify the driver of a dark-coloured Audi who was seen near both addresses around the time the fires were set. “I would ask anyone who witnessed anything suspicious or who has information that may assist our investigation to contact us.
