Conservative commentator Candace Owens clapped back at critics who ripped her and Kanye “Ye” West for wearing “White Lives Matter” shirts – and even brought music star Lizzo into her lecture.defended her and West’s outfit choice during Paris fashion week as she argued black Americans should care more about abortion, “black-on-black” crime, education standards and obesity, which is when she tied Lizzo into her rant.
“You know what we should’ve done, we should’ve put a ‘White Lives Matter’ t-shirt on Lizzo,” Owens said. “Maybe we could have gotten a lot of attention about obesity and how it’s actually killing black Americans.”Owens’ rant on the “White Lives Matter” controversy started right at the top of her show after a photo of her and West in the shirts was posted across social media.
