A campaign has been launched to fight the Royal Bank of Scotland’s decision to close its Rutherglen branch.

“More generally, a whole host of banks have shut their doors across this constituency over the past decade – impacting on local people and local businesses. The four Lanarkshire branches under threat are those in Cumbernauld Tay Walk, East Kilbride, Wishaw and Rutherglen.
