English Heritage has described Cains Brewery as one of the finest purpose-built breweries in Britain
The leisure destination has been shortlisted in the Placemaking & Social Value category which celebrates the best developments that have regenerated the built environment back into a sustainable economic place.

This has attracted more than 3,000 new mixed-living, social, affordable, and executive homes, helping to establish a more diverse, inclusive, and aspirational community.
