Knives Out 3 star Cailee Spaeny recently discussed her excitement for working with writer and director Rian Johnson.
“Rian is a very rare breed. You just don’t get filmmakers like him anymore,” Spaeny explained. “The intelligence… the equal parts intelligence, and saying something, and also pure entertainment, and a director who really feels old-school in the way they speak the language of a director. Everything in him, he’s just made to do this.”“We’re already in prep, and it’s all happening. And I just went over there today. Everyone seems in good spirits,” Spaeny said.
Knives Out 3 also stars Josh O’Connor, Glenn Close, Josh Brolin, Mila Kunis, Jeremy Renner, Kerry Washington, Andrew Scott, Cailee Spaeny, Daryl McCormack, and Thomas Haden Church. Johnson writes and directs Wake Up Dead Man: A Knives Out Mystery.
