The taxi driver is assisting with police investigations., who witnessed the accident, said it happened near KK Women's and Children's Hospital at 1.20pm.

"The motorcyclist was lying on the road. His leg and nose had blood coming out. I quickly made a U-turn.", Mr Sin grabbed the first-aid kit and water from his vehicle and approached the casualty. "When the ambulance arrived, I updated them on the motorcycle rider and what happened. I also updated the police."
