This holiday season marks the brand's 10-year anniversary working with the charitable organization.
ByIn the spirit of the holiday season, Bulgari has once again partnered with Save the Children, an organization it’s worked with for 10 years, and for which it has raised more than $100 million.
This year’s holiday initiative started on World Children’s Day on November 20 and was led by Tamu McPherson, a digital creator and Corporate Social Responsibility Ambassador for Bulgari. McPherson worked with local art consultants in California and Texas to engage more than 1,200 children in a “World of Wonder” art project where they were asked to use watercolor to express what “World of Wonder” means to them on canvas.
More than 80 of the paintings created for the art project were then integrated into four digital art collages by artist Helena Soubeyr, and later displayed at Bulgari’s San Francisco boutique. Owning a Bulgari piece is much like owning a piece of wearable art, so the brand’s focus on encouraging and celebrating children in the creation of art feels like a natural fit.
