An underpass in Garston is “disgraceful” according to a resident after flooding and issues with lights.
The area in Bucknalls Lane is often a mess, a resident has claimed, with the slippery surface forcing people to “hop, skip and jump” through it.
“I am worried about falling as it is very slippery. The council haven’t done anything about it despite contacting them over 10 days ago. I have just been sent an email saying they are looking into it.” The 71-year-old, who lives on Fullers Avenue, uses the path to get to the bus stop on the other side of the road.
