Salman Qureshi, from Eleanor Gardens in Aylesbury, Buckinghamshire, targeted young women in two Buckinghamshire hospitals.
Thames Valley Police said he carried out assaults in Stoke Mandeville Hospital and Wycombe General Hospital between September 2005 and August 2018.Qureshi pleaded not guilty to four charges of sexual assault at Aylesbury Crown Court, but a jury unanimously found him guilty on two of the counts.
