I wanted to locate in a place with more character.”“Valor Acres is going in down the street, so there’s a large influx of people coming into the area,” Delong said.is a mixed-use development at Brecksville and Miller roads that will include a new Sherwin-Williams Co. research and development center, along with residential and retail sections.
