There will be right lane closures from approximately 9 a.m. to 2 p.m. on the side of the bridge where the inspection is being performed.A bridge inspection is planned for Wednesday and Thursday on the Interstate 83 John Harris Memorial Bridge spanning the Susquehanna River between the City of Harrisburg in Dauphin County and Lemoyne Borough in Cumberland County.
