A man has been rushed to hospital with a head injury following an 'incident' outside a pizza shop, police say.
Officers were called to Domino's Pizza on Oldham Road in Failsworth at around 10pm on Sunday . A scene remains in place both outside Domino's and over the road from Brown Street to Field Street this morning as police carry out investigations. Debris can be seen on the floor inside the Domino's premises, with a number of officers present. Greater Manchester Police told the Manchester Evening News a man has been rushed to hospital, and enquiries continue.Sections of the pavement outside Domino's and on Oldham road remain taped off as police conduct their investigations this morning .
In a statement the force said: "At around 10pm yesterday , police were called to an incident outside a premises on Oldham Road in Failsworth. A male was taken to the MRI for treatment of a head injury.
