Brandon Hixon has been appointed head of Symphonic Distribution’s newly-created black music division
Artist management veteran Brandon Hixon has been appointed head of Symphonic Distribution’s newly-created black music division. Based out of the Brooklyn, New York office of the global distribution and artist marketing firm, Hixon will report to chief client officer/GM Nick Gordon.
Hixon will continue to helm We Make Music with his wife Tirinda Hixon and Justin Reign. Created by Hixon in 2009 following his stint as rap manager with Columbia Records, We Make Music counts clients such as legendary hip-hop act De La Soul, rapper/actor Awkwafina and South African artist Sho Madjozi.
