The final Instagram post of bodybuilder Jo Lindner, who died Saturday at the age of 30, revealed that he was undergoing some health issues following his Testosterone Replacement Therapy (TRT).
News of the bodybuilding icon’s death was first announced by his girlfriend Nicha, known as @immapeaches on Instagram.“Jo is in the best place everyone,” wrote Nicha on Instagram. “Yesterday he passed away from an aneurysm … I was there with him in the room … he put on the necklace on my neck that he made for me…“He was in my arms.. then this is just happening too fast,” added the woman claiming that Lindner was complaining of neck pains prior to his death.
“The heart is also a muscle, that’s my biggest concern that what if I get such a bad cramp that my heart gets a cramp,” Lindner told Martyn. “That makes me scared. That’s why I’m staying away from bodybuilding competitions too much.” “Because I would take all these diuretics and if I stop eating salt and drink a lot, and then stop drinking as well, you would pee everything out, and then you would take a diuretic as well on top and then you pee even more sodium out,” the bodybuilder continued.Authorities have yet to rule on an official cause of death.
