A fisherman discovered a body wrapped in plastic near the Jackson/Marshall County line.
The body of a man was discovered wrapped in plastic in Lake Guntersville near the border between Marshall and Jackson County Friday afternoon.
Jackson County Sheriff Rocky Harnen said the body was found about 1 p.m. by a fisherman off County Road 67 just before South Sauty Creek near Langston.Investigators from Marshall County, as well as the Alabama Game and Fish Division, Marine Police and the Guntersville Rescue Squad assisted, Harnen said.
