The Scottish Football Association are due to announce who will be charged with the task of handling Sunday's showdown.
Former top referee Bobby Madden has narrowed the candidates to take charge of Sunday’s mammoth Old Firm derby at Ibrox down to just four.
Madden posted a poll on his Instagram page, inviting fans to predict who they think will be handed the huge task of taking charge of the clash between fierce rivals Rangers and Celtic in a match that could go a long way to deciding this season’s Scottish Premiership title race. He ruled out both Don Robertson and Nick Walsh as they have each taken charge of the two derbies so far this season. And that leaves John Beaton, Kevin Clancy, Willie Collum or Steven McLean. The decision is set to be revealed today when the Scottish Football Association announce their latest batch of referee appointments. And Madden added “Internet will break no matter who is announced at around 10.30am.
