She'd lived in her beloved home for 50 years 💔
It was just another normal evening for one Lancashire resident, as she sat in her front room and settled down for the night.

She also mentioned that Barbara was given an Amazon Alexa to alert the emergency services in a dire situation, but due to the fire being an electrical one, this could have been futile if she needed to call.
Other than that, sentimental items have perished in the fire, including an item that was close to Bernard's heart. As a local lollipop man in Foulridge for many years, when he left, the children wrote him a poem, but upsettingly, this has now been lost.
