Blackpool man who caused violent crime jailed given every chance to turn over a new leaf - he's now in prison
Reginald Brown, of no fixed abode, admitted breaching a criminal behaviour order on three separate occasions and, according to Lancashire Constabulary, was involved in "aggressively causing anti social behaviour and violent crime" in Blackpool town centre. The force said that support agencies repeatedly engaged with Brown, 46, in a bid to change his behaviour but he now faces a period in jail after failing to comply.
"Since this was granted in January, Brown has breached his CBO 12 times and has also been charged with possessing an offensive weapon and public order offences. "Blackpool Police work with many different agencies, including Blackpool Council, to tackle this behaviour in the town centre and there [are] several people who have CBO’s for similar behaviour and three who are in the process of being issued with a civil injunction."
