The Cleveleys-bound service mounted the pavement and crashed into a wall and a lamppost holding an illuminations sign
The Blackpool Transport vehicle collided with a lamppost and wall outside the hotel on Queen's Promenade. The incident happened shortly after 8am this morning .
Pictures taken at the scene by LancsLive show the Cleveleys-bound single-decker bus resting against the metal lamppost holding one of the illuminations. Dozens of bricks were left scattered over the hotel car park and pavement after the collision resulted in the wall to be knocked down.Lancashire Constabulary told LancsLive that it was classed as a 'minor injury' incident.
