His example is a young mother, aged 25 with three children and another on the way, living in poverty. I am already critical: I want to shout, “birth control!”
What about job training programs? Are they available? How do people find out about them? Are they advertised? What if young people could go back to their high school guidance counselor for a few years after graduation to get some ideas on schooling or job programs that could improve their life? It might be a more comfortable option for some.
