The incident has been referred to the police watchdog, West Midlands Police say.
A police officer has been taken off frontline duty after a 14-year-old boy was Tasered during a neighbour dispute.after police were called to Kempson Road, Birmingham on Monday.
The boy, and a man, 37, were later arrested on suspicion of assaulting a police officer, and have been released on bail, West Midlands Police said."We understand the depth of feeling from members of the public who have viewed footage of the encounter online," the force said. It added the footage was being reviewed alongside body-worn footage of the incident in its entirety, to determine whether there had been any wrongdoing.
The IOPC had also been made aware, so it could consider whether to conduct its own investigation, police added.
