I've never been more excited for the new year.
is officially entering the MCU in 2022, and the new series follows 16-year-old Pakistani-American Kamala Khan, who's growing up in Jersey City. Kamala does well in school, loves gaming, and even writes fan fiction based on her favorite superheroes like Caprain Marvel. She struggles to fit in at her school, but that all changes when she gets super powers like the heroes she's always looked up to.
Not only is the cast diverse, but the plot touches on both the positive and negative parts of sex and relationships. Next year may bring on more of a fan base for this realistic and relatable account of Gen Z college life.
