Billie Shepherd exploring reflexology as she suffers 'heel pain' in 'different' pregnancy
Wednesday's episode of Billie and Greg: The Family Diaries saw the Shepherd's begin their stressful summer holiday, with both children spending weeks at home with their parents.
She then explains her confusion with this, adding: "I'd understand if I was like seven or eight months pregnant but obviously I'm five months." Later in the episode she discusses her heel pain with her mum, Suzie Wells, telling her that she's considering considering having reflexology. Later Billie and Suzie try out some reflexology, with Billie revealing that she has also been struggling with constipation and lack of sleep.After receiving the treatment Billie shares that she was feeling nice and relaxed, adding that she could sleep in the chair for hours.
