Richard Parker is missing from Wrea Green and an increased police presence in Warton has been explained by police
Richard Parker, 62, is missing from Wrea Green and was last seen in the Brooklands area at 2.20pm on Monday . Earlier this week Lancashire Constabulary released CCTV footage of Richard riding his bike on the day of his disappearance.
In an update issued today , officers say they 'have now recovered a bike we believe to be Richard’s from the Warton area'. A spokesperson added: "You may see an increased police presence in the Warton area as our officers carry out searches."Richard is described as 6ft 1ins tall, of slim build with short salt/pepper hair. He might walk with a slight limp and was last seen wearing orange/red waterproofs and walking boots.
Police say they 'remain concerned for Richard’s welfare and we are continuing to support his family'. For any immediate sightings, call 999.
