After Hurricane Katrina in New Orleans, President George W. Bush’s response was inept and incoherent — and so too is Biden’s response toward this other disaster today. This kind of behavior would be comical if it weren’t so callous and ignorant. I say “for shame” to all of it. We deserve better.I cannot relate to the loss and despair these people are experiencing right now. This is a tragedy of a magnitude that most of us can’t imagine.
