A major property developer says it is preparing to begin work on a major new housing development in Nottinghamshire. Bellway East Midlands says that the project will generate more than £2.6 million in investment for Sutton in Ashfield.
Bellway has committed to investing in services and infrastructure to support the new neighbourhood as part of the planning agreement. This is set to include £1.3 million for primary education, £600,000 for public open space, £258,000 for sports facilities and £162,000 for healthcare.The land has been separated into two parcels.
